Meet your shepherds!

  

Jeremy Wilhelm and Emma Barber are the farmers and owners of Lamb's Quarter Livestock and Rhubarb Botanicals. We operate a diversified farm in Linn County, Iowa where we raise sheep on perennial pasture, run a cut flower farm, and grow culinary & medicinal herbs for our herbal apothecary products.

Willy (right) and Oko (left) are the steadfast protectors of the flock. Living out in the pasture 24/7 with the sheep, they spend their days and nights watching for potential predators, hunting for meadow voles, sleeping in the shade, and patiently awaiting their dinner, treats, & neck scratches from their shepherds.
